We are doing our part to follow regulations so that we can keep out guests,
staff and our families safe. Until further notice, these will continue to be implemented

No walk-in allowed. All clients need to book an appointment before entering the salon.
All clients need to complete an intake form upon arrival.
Temporarily suspended all complimentary services; No blow drying, no beverages. The waiting area will remain close.
If you have been in contact with ANYONE with Covid-19, or are experiencing ANY illness symptoms, please reschedule your appointment
You are required to use hand sanitizer provided immediately after entering the salon, put on a new pair of our gloves and your temperature will be taken.
If you have a fever you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
You will be required to wear a mask and gloves as soon as you enter the salon, and not removed until you leave. We will supply gloves & mask, we will have masks & gloves for purchase for $5.00 ($3 for gloves, $2 for mask). You are welcome to bring your reusable mask.
Please stay 2 meters apart from any other guest during the waiting and check out.
Please leave all unnecessary items in your car. We are not providing any space to hang or place your item like jackets, handbags, etc.
When you get to the salon, remain in your vehicle, and call 403-590-2639. Salon doors remain lock and will only be open for booked appointments so it’s important that you call ahead once you are at the salon location.
If this regulation is not met and you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and reschedule when time permits and there is no guarantee for instant booking because of the waitlist.
If you no show your appointment without a phone call, you will be required to pay for the full service, based on our current price list, before rebooking or you will NOT be rebooked.
You can reschedule your appointment by providing 24 hours’ notice. We will not guarantee any early spot to reschedule and depend on the waitlist.
Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon as we only allow 1 client for 1 stylist at a time according to the safe distance policy. Do not bring and other family members, friends, or kids with you. For younger children’s appointments, they will be allowed 1 guardian to accompany – NO EXCEPTIONS.
For your safety, and the safety of the staff please use the washroom before you come to the salon to minimize contact with surfaces. Our washroom is not open to clients at this moment.
All tools, stations, and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client. Every stylist will have 15-30 minutes between appointments to fully sanitize all tools and workspace.
Your stylist will always abide by sanitary protocols including washing their hands thoroughly and wearing a mask during your appointment.
Staff temperatures will be taken at the beginning of each shift and if they are experiencing any symptoms, they will be sent home for 14 days, and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Contactless. greetings- As much as we would love to give our guests hugs and handshakes, at this time we will be refraining from doing so.
NO CASH POLICY
The reception area, including the debit machine, will be sanitized after each client's use. If you want to ensure pure contactless payment, we suggest tap. We will NOT be accepting cash at this time.
We know by making these changes, we all are contributing to stopping this disease. We want you to know that while things may look different as our clients are like our families, our love for our clients & our passion for exceptional service in this industry has not waivered. We are thrilled to see you and these are the first steps of getting our life back.
